In accordance with the Terms and Conditions of the Notes, notice is hereby given that on the First Optional Redemption Date (i.e. 20 May 2011) the Notes will be redeemed in full, provided that the Issuer at this date has received the purchase price for the Mortgage Receivables in accordance with a letter from the Seller confirming agreement to conclude the sale and assignment on or before such date. Last day of trading will be 16 May 2011 .
