of the contemplated issuance of € 625,000,000 Class A8 Secured Floating Rate Notes 2012 due 2017 (the " Class A8 Notes") which, if issued, will be listed on Euronext Amsterdam by NYSE Euronext on or about 20 April 2012. The Class A8 Notes will be New Notes under its existing securitisation programme.
