SAS70 Type II

ATC Corporate Services in the Netherlands had their controls tested by auditors during the second half of 2008 and now we are proud to announce that both ATC Capital Markets and ATC Corporate Services (together representing ATC in the Netherlands) have audited SAS 70 Type II reports. When ATC Capital Markets became SAS 70 Type II compliant in January 2007, it was the first Trust Office in the Netherlands to do so.
